Our Process

Lets Talk About You.

We want to know what it is you do. This will enable us to get to know what your business is about. The advantages of knowing what your product or service you sell to your customers is very important because it allows us to get acquainted visually with your business and start laying out the framework for what visual message your trying to convey.

Understand the Visual Challenge:

We want to hear what visual challenges or difficulties you are having so can we try to come up with a solution. What has worked for you in the past, in addition, what hasn’t been effective for you that you want to avoid. Learning the successes and pitfalls of your journey can help avoid any visual misdirection. This will also enhance our ability (you, the client and David F Design) to come to a common ground on visual direction.

Brainstorming:

A very important step in good design is brainstorming. We process the first 2 steps and begin to jot down ideas, in the form of sketches, notes, and photos, etc. Then we like to show some of those ideas to you so you know and your well informed about the visual direction is the one you feel comfortable with.

Rough Out a Visual Direction

After choosing narrowing down some of those ideas, a visual direction begins to take shape in a rough form. At this point, we would to see that your comfortable with the direction the design is going.

After corrections, edits, etc, are made, we begin to build the composition which is final process.
