The Immigration Center for Women and Children, a non profit organization based in Los Angeles, asked David F Design to design an updated website, a new brochure, an email blast, and a logo update.
The previous website was quite outdated (2003) and relied on static html pages which made it difficult to update. The logo was not print ready, and need an update with new an updated color scheme.
Challenge:
To introduce CMS to maintain a newly designed website
Add a Spanish version to the website
Update ICWC’s logo, and new a color scheme
Design and update ICWC’s brochure to match the new branding & color scheme along with updated information pertaining to ICWC services, and mission
Solution:
ICWC’s website was rebuilt using WordPress for maintaining content. In addition, a Spanish version of the site was built. Now instead of using static html pages to update, certain users can easily update the content as needed. In addition, a mobile site was built to access the site on the go. In addition, users of the site can easily download a PDF version of the brochure in a greyscale version.
